Kokkolanseudun Kehitys Ltd, KOSEK, is a regional development company that is owned by the municipality of Kokkola. KOSEK is a versatile, free-of-charge supplier of business and development services as well as business advice services which are intended for all entrepreneurs and companies, regardless of their size.
It is our task to further develop the business environment throughout our region and to promote co-operation between the towns and municipalities and the business sector. We are also working on behalf of the region to acquire external resources and for regional marketing.
